eYe Catcher

You might want to distribute multiple streams of HD video at one location, but how? Sure, there are a number of high-end solutions, but how can you do it relatively inexpensively? DVEO offers one solution with its eYe Catcher, the company's new digital HDTV modulator with IP or USB input. The device works with live or recorded video streams, sending them to multiple HD monitors via RF over coax. A simple USB connection from a computer to the eYe Catcher will allow you to playout HD via an IP connection or over a number of transmission formats (choice of QAM, 8VSB, or DVB-S+S2), or even store it as a transport stream. One 8VSB RF channel can feed up to one HD and one SD stream or three SD streams.
