Scan Do HD scan converter
With so much computer-based material ending up on broadcast television, presentations, or LANs, it makes sense to keep up with the latest in scan converters. At NAB 2006, Communications Specialties previewed the soon-to-be-released Scan Do HD, which converts DVI input at resolutions up to 1600×1200 to high-definition (HD) or standard-definition (SD) SDI output. It supports all SMPTE HD, NTSC, and PAL output resolutions up to 1080i.
