Better interactivity
Graphics-tablet manufacturer Wacom expands its interactive Cintiq line with the 12WX, which features a 12.1in. TFT display. It's the first of the company's pen-on-screen products that breaks the four-figure mark (just, at $999). While the larger 20.1in. versions have also dropped in price since their debut, they still ring in at about twice that tab. This 4.4lb., wide-format LCD monitor combines with the company's familiar pen technology to bring the advantages of natural hand-eye coordination to graphics production.
