CR1616 and CR3232 routers
For small but growing facilities, upgrading to a dedicated router can solve signal routing nightmares. Prices can seem daunting, however, so search out starter kit gear like NVision's CR series of compact router systems. At NAB, the company debuts an expanded lineup that includes the CR1616 (16×16 I/O) and CR3232 (32×32). Each of these routers builds around self-contained units with a chassis depth of less than 2in. The routers handle HD, SD, and AES audio formats.
