Bebob Box-FS
The Bebob Box-FS is a mounting system for securing a FireStore FS-4 or FS-100 to the underside of a Panasonic HVX200 or certain DV/HDV camcorders. Previously the hard disk recorders had to be carried on an operator's belt or attached to the camcorder in a potentially obtrusive position. The Box-FS attaches to the camera's baseplate via a 1/4-20 top screw, and a second 1/4-20 screw can anchor the unit to a standard tripod plate. The Box-FS has an outer shell of heavy black anodized aluminum and protects the FireStore with shock-resistant polymer components. The FireStore slides into position via the unit's drawer and automatically locks into place.
