At NAB 2005, Studio Network Solutions plans to announce that its popular global SAN iSCSI systems will offer Fibre Channel and SCSI support. This means current globalSAN owners with existing Fibre Channel and SCSI storage can optionally extend iSCSI connectivity of their devices to any computer attached to the IP-SAN. The globalSAN series itself can support up to 24 internal SATA drives. According to the company, this turnkey system is the only complete, multi-user shared storage iSCSI SAN available for both Mac and PC.
