On Wednesday, April 26, Contributing Writer Jan Ozer met with Ikegami Engineer Haluki Sadahiro, who demonstrated the HDN-X10 EditcamHD, Ikegami’s first HD camcorder with hard disk-based storage. After describing the features of the HDN-X10, which should ship by the end of 2006, Haluki discussed the advantages of using hard disks-based cameras over other tapeless storage mechanisms.
