2nd Shift Broadcast Maintenance Engineer
needed in Eden Prairie, MN. The Successful candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of communications, installation techniques, and experience in cable fabrication, and installation for broadcast and A/V systems is required. Must be able to work unsupervised. A B.A. in Electronic Technologies or a related field or equivalent military training is preferred. Knowledge of broadcast and A/V systems operations & integration is required. Strong experience using Windows ’95, ’98, 2000 or NT is considered necessary. Familiarity with computer networking is a must. The candidate should be familiar with industry standard cable terminations, installation, and fabrication techniques. In addition, to being capable of reading, interpreting and implementing schematic drawings for the purpose of installing broadcast television/radio and high-end A/V systems under the direction of a Project Engineer. Also, this individual must be knowledgeable of component set-ups, system signal flow, and possess troubleshooting skills.
