NPR is seeking an Electronics Engineer for our Los Angeles, CA location. Position will maintain and repair NPR's technical equipment: designs, constructs, installs and tests NPR's technical equipment; and assists manager in determining Engineering Service's purchasing requirements. Qualifications include two years of college or technical school, including instruction in both analog and digital electronics courses preferred. Three years broadcast and/or recording studio equipment maintenance; demonstrated ability to troubleshoot to the component level; SBE certification preferred; working knowledge of drawing, word processing and spreadsheet applications; must be available for rotating shifts; and hold a valid driver's license, with a good driving record.
