H4 SuperMini
Holophone's line of 5.1-channel microphones serve the need for in-the-field capture of surround sound and have been used at prominent sporting events. The new H4 SuperMini microphone is designed for a wider range of applications; it integrates a multi-channel preamp, monitor, and encoder. (Multi-channel signals are then unpacked in editing applications.) The six microphone elements have a bandwidth of 20Hz-200kHz. The camera-mountable H4 features an audio zoom button, a matrix-encoded stereo analog output, and six line-level analog outputs that are available at one per channel via three stereo 3.5mm female jacks. There's also an auxiliary center channel XLR input for attaching an external shotgun or lav.
