Elecard has officially released a program for movie file conversion from AVCHD to MPEG-2-based HDV and DVD formats.
Elecard Converter Studio AVC HD Edition includes several features that aid the conversion AVCHD, such as extended access to encoder settings, profile creation, and many others. For those who don't want to configure encoders, the set of preconfigured profiles help convert videos eaisly. You can also create, edit, and save your own profiles in case you need to convert many files with the same settings, or in case the preset profiles aren't quite suitable. The program costs $75.
Converter Studio AVC HD Edition is a part of the Converter Studio product line. For those who need AVC/H.264 format support, Converter Studio and Converter Studio Pro offer such options.
