Luma LMD-2030W monitor
Sony has redesigned its Luma line of pro LCD monitors, introducing three one-piece widescreen versions spec'd for location use as well as studios. The 20in.-diagonal LMD-2030W monitor is the first of the series to offer HDMI connectors, making it compatible with HDV camcorders and decks. With 1680×1050 WSXGA+ resolution, it supports composite video, Y/C, RGB, and component, with an optional SDI capability. Another 20in. display, the LMD-2050W, and the 24in. LMD-2450W also provide integrated waveform monitoring and audio level metering. The latter two displays also accept 1080/60p signals via a standard DVI input and feature 10-bit processing.
