Chroma key solutions
Unveiled at NAB, the new Basematte, Chromatte Tape, ChromaFlex EL, and LiteRing adapters expand Reflecmedia’s line of Chromatte products. The existing Chromatte gray reflective background enables chroma key production by reflecting green or blue LED light straight into a camera’s lens. The new Basematte tiles do the same thing, allowing the user to achieve full head-to-toe keying by placing these on the floor. The tiles can be used in conjunction with the new ChromaFlex EL 4’x3’ collapsible frame or other Chromatte curtain. Using Chromatte Tape enables temporary connection of the tiles for location shooting. New adapters include the Push-on Adapter kit, which attaches a medium LiteRing to a lens with no filter thread, and an adapter to mount a LiteRing to a camera’s matte box rails.
