MS7HD
Based around the For-A HVS-500HS Hanabi HD switcher, the MS7HD from Mobile Studios incorporates an input preview monitor, an audio mixer panel, and a flight pack to form a portable live video production unit. Mobile Studios integrates the MS7HD and sends an engineer to train the user on the unit. The For-A switcher has HD/SD-SDI and HD/SD analog component I/O interfaces, and connects to PCs and HDV cameras via component video breakout cables. Several other features (CG, frame sync, DVR, more monitors, more inputs) are available as options. The University of Maryland's cable channel recently bought one for student field production.
