At NAB Show 2008, Digital Rapids did its bit to address that growing market with the debut of the latest member of its StreamZ Live encoder line with support for 3GPP/Mobile codecs. Key point: Developed for on-location encoding of live events, the Live line offers useful realtime video preprocessing features such as motion-adaptive de-interlacing and 2D and 3D noise reduction. The new unit delivers AVC/H.264, MPEG-4 Part 2, and H.263 video with AAC-LC and AMR audio mobile streaming formats.
