This year's NAB hosted 108,232 attendees from 141 countries around the world at the Las Vegas Convention Center between April 14 and April 19. With all the announcements and product launches at the show — from Red Digital Cinema's long-awaited Red One to Apple Final Cut Studio 2 to Quantel Genetic Engineering to the less-heralded, yet vital new gadgets and software programs that populated the smaller booths — attendees had no trouble filling their days.
Digital Content Producer's D. W. Leitner, Jan Ozer, Dan Ochiva, and Jeff Sauer run through those announcements in cameras, graphics software, NLEs, encoding suites, storage, display, and everything in between.
