Updates to GY-HD250U and GY-HD200U

Describing it as the fastest shoot/edit/broadcast workflow in the industry, JVC is touting upgrades of its DR-HD100 hard disk recorder and Apple Final Cut Pro to enable full native 60p editing support for the company’s ProHD camera users. Apple’s update to FCP 6.0.2—along with version 3.0 firmware for the Focus Enhancements-designed and -built drive—enables recording of HDV 720 60p and 50p video as QuickTime files, which can then be edited without converting or transcoding.
