Hand it to Petrol, the always-innovating kit-bag maker, to come up with a solution for hauling around camcorders and their ever-growing entourage of accessories. This recently introduced rollaway camera bag ($259) features three separate padded chambers, with the front main section configured for a Sony HVR-AU1, Canon XH G1, Panasonic AG-HSC1, or similar-sized camera. The cushioned rear pocket holds a laptop computer with a screen no larger than 17in.
